Description
This custom design fee allows you to customize our stainless steel charms. It is a one-time fee. When you go to reorder your custom charm(s), you will not be charged a design fee.
 Designs are saved using your name and email, and will not be reproduced for another client.
Clients with designs that are significantly different from the preview shown on the product page will be sent a digital preview via email. Please keep an eye on your email within 1-3 business days of placing your order.
The design is tied to the shape it is designed on. For example, if you purchase a design on a standard round, the design is specific to the standard round. If you'd like to change it to another charm there will be an additional design fee. This fee is usually 50% of the original design fee.
Complex designs such as logos, images, or designs that we have to manually create require a larger design fee. In this instance we will require that you purchase multiples of this listing.
